During the selling process, the DMP Sales App gives members of a dealer’s sales team the ability to build a security system as they are meeting with a prospective customer. Once the salesperson has designed and quoted the system, the app guides the transaction from the selection of a monitoring plan to the signing of the dealers contract, even processing the credit card transaction directly to the dealers account. Once the order is taken, the app will create the order for the exact system and pre-program its panel for how the dealers salesperson designed it.
The settings for the Sales App are configured by the dealer on the Dealer Admin website. The app guides the salesperson step by step through ordering and specifying basic programming for a customers new system.
